Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview
At A.N.W. FOUNDATIONS LLC, we specialize in high-performance enterprise architecture and multi-agent systems. Due to the bespoke nature of our consulting services and custom software engineering, our refund and return policies are structured differently than traditional retail.
2. Consulting Services
Consulting and advisory retainers are generally non-refundable once the engagement has commenced and hours have been billed. If you choose to terminate a consulting agreement early, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination, and any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded within 30 business days.
3. Custom Engineering Projects
For custom engineering and data pipeline projects, payments are typically structured in milestones. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the deliverables for that milestone have been accepted by the client. If a project is cancelled before completion, we will provide a prorated refund based on the percentage of work completed.
4. Digital Products and Licenses
Any pre-packaged software licenses or digital framework access purchased directly through our site are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase. Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund if the software fails to perform as described in our documentation.
